We are a branch of a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, and have our office at P.O. Box 29371, located at Umm Suqeim St. Al barsha 2 Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Being a user of Casa Lusso, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms by accessing the website and/or placing an order to purchase furniture/home décor/home accessories/home furnishing products. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order on the website or in store.

Regardless of whether you choose to register with us or place an order with us, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and acknowledge that the use of the website or purchase in store is conditional upon acceptance of these terms.

The Company offers a platform that facilitates sale and purchase of goods/furniture and services (“hereafter referred as Services”) by company/various third-party vendors/service providers (“hereafter referred as Vendors”) to users. The purchase of products and services shall be governed by the terms of the offer for sale (“hereafter referred as terms of the offer for sale”).

A.4 Eligibility to use the website

Use of the https://casalusso.ae/ website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the U.A.E. laws. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the U.A.E. laws including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Casa Lusso Furniture website. The customers using the website who are Minor/under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website (age of consent has been mentioned as per the applicable law). A.5 Products and Services General guide lines

A.5.1 Colours, Textures, Finishes & Size of Products

  • If the Customer placed two orders in two different periods for the same item, customers should expect slight differences in color or textures as dye-to-dye lots cannot be identical and manufacturing technology keeps evolving.

  • All items of suede/velvet/microfiber have a two-tone effect, which is considered normal with such fabric.

  • Slight wrinkles on upholstered items and softening of foam over a period of time is not considered a manufacturing defect.

  • Upholstered products usually have pressmarks from the packaging material, this is normal and once opened it usually goes away within 10 days of usage.

  • Hairline scratches on the surface and slight unevenness on metal or wooden joints are not considered as a manufacturing defect.

  • Items with brushed/antique/matt gold/rose gold/chrome/brass finish may have a 2 tone color effect, which is considered industry standard.

  • Pictures provided are live pictures taken from HD cameras, however, there may be slight color disparity compared to the real live version and may vary depending on the display settings on your computer / phones.

  • The size and shape of the product may appear to be different online than in reality. We shall provide the dimensions of the product in the description of the product. It is your responsibility to ensure that the actual size of the product is suitable for your purpose.

  • Finishes, colour and design patterns may vary on surfaces of natural products such as solid wood, wood veneers and marbles, this should not be considered as a manufacturing defect.

A.6 Information Validity

  • We shall try to ensure that the information provided in store or on our website in relation to the product description and prices is accurate and valid, however, errors may occur. In the event such an error affects your order, we shall notify you.

A.7 Order and Acceptance.

  • Your placement of an order on our website represents an offer to purchase the particular product from us. When you order more than one item, it represents a set of offers for each product separately.

  • We shall send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your order. Please pay attention when placing your order, as you may not be able to modify your order subsequent to receiving the confirmation email. The confirmation email will outline the details of your order.

  • Please note that we are not bound to accept your purchase order. We may not accept your order in the following event:

    • The product ordered is/ are out of stock,

    • We are unable to obtain authorization on your payment,

    • Shipping restrictions apply to the particular product,

    • There is any discrepancy in the product or its pricing due to technical issues; or

    • For any other reasons at our own discretion.

  • In any of the above situations, we shall inform you that the order has not been accepted, and shall refund any amounts that you may have paid in relation to the order.

  • There may be errors in transmission resulting in the interruption of your purchase, you agree to cooperate with us to resolve such issues, and you agree that we shall have full discretion to determine the appropriate resolution in such cases.

  • Certain orders may constitute improper use of the Website and its Services. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your Account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at our sole discretion.

  • In the event that a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, we shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that Product. In the event that a Product is mispriced, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation

A.8 Product Availability 

  • Although we constantly check the accuracy of our stock of our Website, an error may occur. If we discover any stock error with any product you ordered, we shall inform you as soon as possible.

A.9 Promotions 

  • Promotion and offers on our products may sometimes be exclusive to our Website and/or our stores.

A.10 Prices and payment

  • Unless otherwise stated, all prices shall be listed on our website and in store. The prices listed only include the price of the particular product (inclusive of VAT) and shall be subject to the terms of our Delivery Policy (B), Returns Cancellations and Refund Policy (C)

  • You shall make the payment at the time of placing your order on our website, in store or via bank transfer, which shall include the price of the product and any other services requested by you for example, delivery and assembly. Any payment on our website or in store shall be through a Visa or MasterCard credit/debit card in UAE Dirhams (AED).

  • All credit / debit card payments are subject to authorization/ validation by the issuing bank. If the issuing bank refuses to authorize the payment, we shall cancel your order and contact you to check if an alternative method of payment can be arranged. We shall not be responsible if this results in a delay of the delivery of your product(s).

  • Further, when you submit your payment details/information (including but not limited to, credit/debit card number, full name, billing address, home address, account number and expiration date of the credit/debit card) on our Website to place an order, your payment details shall be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. We shall not store or collect your payment information, and shall not be held responsible and/or liable for any losses suffered by you, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of you sharing your payment details/information on or through our Website. Any and all losses arising due to you sharing your payment information with our payment provider shall solely be the responsibility and liability of the payment provider.

  • Cash on Delivery is not acceptable.

We do not accept any liability of Your involvement in any mediation, arbitration, tribunal hearing, court proceedings, or other proceedings (of whatever nature) with any other users of the Website, advertisers, or any other third parties.

Casa Lusso (Slovenian furniture co LLC) will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of U.A.E.

A.12 In the event of a dispute which country’s law applies?

Your use of the website, in store transactions and the operation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. You agree, acknowledge, and submit to the Courts of Dubai having exclusive jurisdiction over all and any dispute or difference between us arising out of or in connection with this agreement. Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
