Delivery Policy – B
B.1 All items supplied have a 1-year Manufacturing defect warranty cover by Casa Lusso (Slovenian Furniture co. LLC)
B.2 After the order is placed online or in store and invoice is generated, the customer will receive a SMS from a customer service agent to schedule the delivery time and date. To confirm the delivery, reply YES to the same SMS number. In case of any changes or rescheduling of the delivery, the customer shall inform Casa Lusso of such change 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Delivery would then be scheduled at the next available slot.
B.3 We offer a free 30-day storage facility for purchased products, after which storage charge will apply as below:
AED 50 per day or AED 350 per for the next 30 days / 1 month
AED 100 per day or AED 700 per week after 60 days
Storage charges must be paid in full at the store of purchase or via bank transfer before the products will be released for delivery.
B.4 Customers are required to examine the product meticulously before signing the delivery note/order. By signing the delivery note/order, the customer accepts the products and confirms that the products meet the desired quality and specification.
B.5 We offer a free delivery and assembly service for purchases exceeding AED 1,000, while purchases below this amount will incur a delivery charge of AED 200 for Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi city limits and AED 500 for all other Emirates.
B.6 Purchase of all our ceiling lights (above AED 1,000) prices are inclusive of delivery but exclusive of assembly. For assembly an additional charge of AED 500 will apply.
B.7 Delivery slots will only be confirmed once full payment has been received or once funds have cleared if the payment was made by cheque and the full delivery address has been received.
B.8 Deliveries will only be made within the country of the store from which the purchase was made.
B.9 Should the customer reside in buildings with elevators, it shall be the customer’s responsibility to take the measurement of the products and ensure that such products fit in the Elevator/service elevator before confirming the products’ order online or in-store. For items that do not fit in the building elevator Casa Lusso will deliver the products at the ground floor. In such an instance, it will be the customer’s responsibility to transport the purchased products via staircase.
B.10 Upon booking the delivery, you must inform us of any restrictions at the delivery address. Should we be unable to deliver due to any restrictions or for any other reason through no fault of our own, or should you cancel your delivery less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or no one’s home when our team arrives, a redelivery charge of AED 200 for Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi city limits and AED 500 for all other Emirates will apply.
B.11 If you change your mind on products already delivered to you within the exchange and refund period please refer to our Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy C.
B.12 We do not collect or dispose of old or unwanted furniture.
B.13 Packing material of the items delivered must be maintained by the customer in case of any faulty product returns, in case the customer asks us to dispose of the original packing material the items will no longer be eligible for returns even if they are faulty.
B.14 Without prejudice to the above, customers acknowledge that delivery times could differ and become prolonged due to uncontrollable events or incidents. The customers shall be notified of any such delay and will be informed regarding the next available slot for delivery.
B.15 Casa Lusso (Slovenian furniture co LLC) will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of U.A.E.
B.16 Risk of loss and title for the products purchased online and in store from Casa Lusso shall be transferred to the customer at the time of delivery of the purchased product to the customer.
B.17 Customers are deemed to have received the product(s), examined it/them, and acknowledged that the items are free of any visible faults or undisclosed issues upon signing the receipt at the delivery location.
